How to Measure
Use a soft (fabric) measuring tape, stand naturally, and keep the tape snug against the body without pulling tight. Measure in your usual bra and underwear for the most accurate result. If you fall between two sizes, size up for a looser fit or down for a snugger one - the ties on our styles give extra room to adjust either way.
Bust & Underbust - for Top sizing
Bust: wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, straight across your nipple line, keeping the tape level front and back. This tells you where you sit against Cup Width and Cup Height.
Underbust: wrap the tape directly under your bust, where the band naturally sits (right along your ribcage). Compare this to the Underbust Band Length - that number is the full circumference, not the flat measurement, so no need to double it.
Waist & Hip - for Bottom and Capris sizing
Waist: measure around your natural waistline - the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. For our Bottoms, add the Front Width and Back Width together for the total waist opening (the ties at the sides make up the rest). For Capris, Waist Width is already given as a half-measurement, so double it for your full waist circumference.
Hip: measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. For Capris, this is taken about 14 cm (5.5") below the waistline - measure at that same spot on your body and double the Hip Width figure for your full circumference.
Inseam - for Capris length
Stand with your legs straight and measure from the crotch seam down to your ankle bone. Our Capris run 52 cm (20.5") on the inside leg across all sizes, so this measurement tells you where the hem will land on your leg rather than which size to pick.
Reading the chart
All numbers in the charts above are garment measurements taken with the piece laid flat, not body measurements. On the Bottoms, add Front Width + Back Width together for the total waist opening. On the Capris, Waist Width and Hip Width are already half-measurements - double them to compare against your own full-body measurement. Rows labeled "Length," "Band," or "Tie" are already given as the full measurement.
