Terms of Service
1. About Us
narthelabel.com (the "Website") is operated by Farilya London LTD, trading as Nar the Label ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12612600, with its registered office at C/O Ida&Co Building 3, Chiswick Business Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, England, W4 5YA. You can contact us at support@narthelabel.com.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the sale of products through the Website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.
2. Eligibility
To place an order you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract. Orders may be placed from the UK and internationally, subject to the Delivery section below.
3. Products
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, including colours, fabrics and sizing, as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your device's display settings, and minor variations may occur between batches. All products are subject to availability.
4. Orders and Formation of Contract
- Placing an order on the Website is an offer by you to purchase the product(s) selected.
- We will send an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order; this does not mean your order has been accepted.
- A binding contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation email confirming that the products have been sent to you.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example where a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or where we suspect fraudulent activity.
5. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to the prices shown.
- Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout and added to your total.
- Payment is taken at the time of order via the payment methods offered on the Website.
- We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct. If we discover a pricing error after you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
6. Delivery
- We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom and internationally.
- Estimated delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and vary by destination.
- Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Title passes once we have received payment in full.
- For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, customs charges or local taxes applied by the destination country. These are not included in the product price or delivery cost.
7. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
- To cancel, contact us at support@narthelabel.com before the deadline, quoting your order number.
- You must send the goods back to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel, unworn, unused and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning goods, unless we have told you otherwise or the goods are faulty.
- We will refund the price paid, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence you have sent them, if earlier). We may reduce the refund if the goods' value has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to check them.
- This cancellation right does not apply to goods made to your specification, clearly personalised items, or, for hygiene reasons, used products that do not have their hygiene stickers and hangtags on.
8. Returns Policy
In addition to your statutory cancellation right above, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided items are unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition with tags attached. To start a return, contact us at support@narthelabel.com with your order number.
9. Faulty or Damaged Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a legal right to receive goods that are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If a product arrives faulty or damaged, contact us at support@narthelabel.com and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate, at no cost to you. This does not affect your other statutory rights.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including our name, logo, product designs, images, text and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Farilya London LTD and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use this content without our prior written consent.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for the products in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
12. Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy below, which explains what data we collect and how we use it in compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
13. Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us at support@narthelabel.com. We aim to acknowledge and resolve complaints promptly and fairly.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order will apply to that order.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your order are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your home nation.
